1. Products
We try to show fabric colours and textures accurately. Slight variations in shade may occur due to lighting, screen settings and natural differences between dye lots. Product measurements may vary slightly within normal textile tolerances.
2. Pricing and payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay (cards, UPI, net banking, wallets). We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
3. Orders
An order is confirmed once payment is successful and you receive a confirmation email or message. We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, a pricing error occurs or we suspect fraud. In such cases, any amount paid will be refunded in full.

5. Use of the website

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses or for delays caused by events beyond our control, such as courier delays, natural events or strikes.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat.
