1. Where we ship
We ship to serviceable pincodes across India through trusted courier partners. We do not ship internationally at this time.
2. Dispatch and delivery time
- Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days of payment confirmation.
- Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.
- Remote areas may take longer. Sundays and public holidays are not working days.
3. Shipping charges
- Free shipping on orders above ₹500.
- A flat shipping charge of ₹100 applies to orders of ₹500 or below.
4. Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will share the courier name and tracking number by email or SMS/WhatsApp.
5. Delays and damaged parcels
Delivery times are estimates. Delays caused by couriers, weather or other events beyond our control may occur. If your parcel arrives damaged or tampered with, please record photos and contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
